long exposure black-and-white self-portrait

I am interested in quiet observations, solitude, domestic rituals, inherited stories and the rooms that memory refuses to leave. My work moves through fiction, essays and photography, returning again and again to the quiet ways the past lingers beneath the surface of the ordinary.

I'm currently seeking representation for my debut novel, GOOD CHRISTIAN GIRL, a work of dark literary fiction shaped by the long afterlife of religious trauma. I publish essays here and on Substack, tracing remembered places and the everyday routines that hold us together or come undone. Sometimes there is a recipe. I am endlessly fascinated by the uneasy distance between childhood and what one chooses to carry forward into adulthood.
